There is some parking opposite the youth hostel so we started there.

4pm Team Sprithcock raring to go on the start line at the bottom of Ben Nevis. (Left to Right: Chris, Dan, Mike, Ali).

5:15pm Approaching the waterfall before the zig-zags with Lochan Meall an t-Suidhe in the background.

5:50pm Climbing the zig zags

6:10pm Loch Eil and Loch Linnhe in the background. The valley in front of them is Glen Nevis.

6:30pm The last climb to the summit

6:50pm The summit of Ben Nevis

8:30pm Reached the bottom and on the road by 8:50pm to a McDonalds drive-thru in Fort William for some food to-go. Morgan Spurlock here we come.
